How long does Pawssh shipping take?
Most Pawssh orders ship within 3 to 7 business days. Print-on-demand items such as custom bandanas, pet beds, and apparel may take 5 to 10 business days since they’re made to order just for you. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Does Pawssh offer free shipping?
Yes! Pawssh offers free standard shipping on all orders of $99.99 or more within the United States. Orders under $99.99 ship at standard calculated rates based on your location.
Does Pawssh ship internationally?
Pawssh currently ships within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list at the bottom of any page to be the first to know when international orders become available.
Can I track my Pawssh order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package directly through the carrier website or contact us at hello@pawssh.shop if you need help locating your order.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us at hello@pawssh.shop as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before your order enters fulfillment. Custom and print-on-demand items enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled once started.

What is Pawssh’s return policy?
We want you and your fur baby to be completely happy. Pawssh offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized print-on-demand items are final sale unless they arrive defective. To start a return, email hello@pawssh.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
Are Pawssh products safe for pets?
Absolutely. Every product in our collection is selected with pet safety as the top priority. Our apparel uses pet-friendly fabrics, our bowls are food-safe, and our accessories meet or exceed safety standards for both dogs and cats. We personally curate every single item in our collection so you can shop with confidence.
What products does Pawssh sell?

How does the 20% first order discount work?
New customers receive 20% off their first order of $49.99 or more by signing up for our email list. After signing up, you’ll receive an exclusive coupon code by email. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount. The offer is valid one time per customer on Pawssh store products only and cannot be combined with other discounts or used on affiliate link products.
Does Pawssh send pet birthday gifts?
Yes! 🎂 When you sign up for the Pawssh Pack and share your pet’s birthday, we’ll send you a special birthday coupon or gift each year to celebrate your fur baby. Just enter your pet’s birthday when you sign up and we’ll take care of the rest.
Does Pawssh offer gift cards?

What payment methods does Pawssh accept?
Pawssh accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for fast, secure checkout. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors and your payment information is never stored on our servers.
