2. Products and Pricing
All products displayed on pawssh.shop are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual color or detail of any product. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Pawssh reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will issue a full refund for any amounts already charged.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods, which currently include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Pawssh does not store your credit card information on our servers.
4. Promotional Offers and Coupon Codes
The PAWSSH20 coupon code and all other promotional discount codes offered by Pawssh are valid exclusively for products sold directly through the pawssh.shop online store. Promotional codes may not be applied to, used in conjunction with, or redeemed against any third-party products, services, or purchases made through affiliate links, partner websites, or external retailers featured on our website. This includes but is not limited to pet food delivery services, pet insurance providers, subscription boxes, and any other third-party products or services recommended, reviewed, or linked to from pawssh.shop.
Additional coupon and promotional terms: Only one coupon code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specifically noted. The PAWSSH20 first-order discount requires a minimum purchase of $24.99 in Pawssh store products and is limited to one use per customer. Coupon codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or distributed without authorization from Pawssh. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional codes, including the use of multiple accounts to obtain multiple discounts, may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Pawssh currently ships within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping times range from 3 to 7 business days for ready-made products and 5 to 12 business days for print-on-demand or custom items, as these are manufactured to order upon purchase. Free shipping is available on orders of $49.00 or more before tax. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pawssh is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Pawssh is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@pawssh.shop. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Custom, personalized, and print-on-demand items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Pawssh reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
7. Affiliate Disclosure and Third-Party Links
Pawssh participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that certain links on our website direct you to third-party products and services from companies including but not limited to Ollie, The Farmer’s Dog, Nom Nom, Chewy, BarkBox, and various pet insurance comparison services. These affiliate relationships do not influence the price you pay for any third-party product or service.
Pawssh does not own, operate, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, products, or services linked from our site. Your transactions with third-party companies are solely between you and that company.
